For more than 30 years, Mr. Oles has handled a wide range of matters in litigation, transactional contract work, and alternative dispute resolution. He has also participated extensively in pro bono leadership in the American Bar Association, American College of Construction Lawyers, Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, Society of Construction Law, the International Bar Assocation, and the International Academy of Construction Lawyers. He has acted for clients in all segments of the construction industry and has also participated in a range of international commercial transactions.
