ACCL Foundation

Founded by the American College of Construction Lawyers on March 12, 2021, the American College of Construction Lawyers Foundation, Inc. is a Delaware charitable corporation governed by officers and directors who are members of the College. The Foundation’s purpose is to support educational and teaching opportunities in construction law and construction dispute resolution. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
