As former Assistant County Attorney at Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, represented public owners in connection with the procurement, construction and operation of infrastructure projects, including County Hall, courthouses, museums, performing arts centers, stadiums, electric co-generation and chiller plants, Metrorail public transit and automated people mover facilities, utilities and fiber optics installations, computer hardware, software and SAAS agreements, $6 billion expansion at Miami International Airport and $2 billion expansion at Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport; also represented County museums, Cultural Affairs Council, Art in Public Places Trust, and Film Board.
