Professional Activities

Judith Ittig represents public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in all phases of construction, from the pre-tender stage, during contract performance, and through disputes resolution proceedings.  She is also an active arbitrator and mediator and has handled disputes on projects in the United States, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico and Europe for industrial facilities (including aircraft construction), missile defense systems, national security installations, airports, power projects, waste water treatment facilities, hotels/resorts, universities and medical centers, roads and bridges, condominiums, office buildings, and marine and oil field construction and services.
