Biography
John is a construction lawyer with an international practice focusing on energy, infrastructure, and real estate development. He represents owners and contractors in the prosecution and defense of all manner of contract disputes, including schedule claims and extra-work claims. He has over two decades of experience litigating solar projects, rail projects, hospitals, refineries, hotel/casinos, and high-rise towers in arbitrations throughout the United States and in state and federal courts in California, Nevada, and New Mexico. In addition to disputes, John drafts and negotiates contracts for construction projects and advises owners on project controls and risk management.

- ABA Forum on Construction Law. John is actively involved in the ABA Forum on Construction Law. He spent six years as editor of The Construction Lawyer, a scholarly journal published by the ABA. He is also a former Chair of the International Construction Division (Division 8).
