Career History

Susanna Fodor is one of three attorneys in the United States having the distinction of being elected both a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. This unique dual skill set, coupled with a pragmatic business sense, has made her counsel of choice to a diverse client base undertaking transactions in the real estate and construction spaces throughout the World. She also has a long-standing dispute resolution practice, serving as a Neutral Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s Large Complex Case Panel.

Prior to opening her Law Office on July 10, 2020, Susanna was a Partner for 4 years at Scarola Zubatov Schaffzin,  a Partner for 26 years at Jones Day, a Partner for 4 years at Shea & Gould, a Partner/Associate for 6 years at Weil Gotshal & Manges and an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
