Career History

More than 40 years of commercial litigation experience with primary emphasis on construction industry related disputes, including all facets of public and private construction works of improvement such as contract negotiation, preparation of contracts and subcontracts, bid protests,  claim preparation, prosection and defense of contractor claims before state and federal courts, Boards of Contract Appeals and domestic and international arbitration panels.

Experienced in all phases of discovery and pre-trial/pre-hearing procedures, including electronic discovery and taking and defending depositions of percipient and expert witnesses and extensive adversarial hearing experience.
