ACCL Foundation

Founded by the American College of Construction Lawyers on March 12, 2021, the American College of Construction Lawyers Foundation, Inc. is a Delaware charitable corporation governed by officers and directors who are members of the College. The Foundation’s purpose is to support educational and teaching opportunities in construction law and construction dispute resolution. The Foundation has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service for federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the Foundation are considered tax-deductible.

Among the opportunities the Foundation supports are the Holt Gwyn Writing Award and grants for education programs consistent with the Foundation’s purposes. Details for these two initiatives are located on this website.
